Hotel Mikolaj - Krakow

Very friendly and higly competent staff :-) Excellent kitchen. The location of this hotell is as good as you can get in Krakow. We're already planning for a trip next year, and see no reason for not staying at Mikolaj again :-)

Very nice. There is a guarded outdoor parking (at modest price) 5 minutes' walk away - but nearly 30 minutes to return by car in heavy morning traffic for collecting luggage. Parking outside the hotel is almost impossible. Very nice, small restaurant on ground-floor. No rooms on groundfloor and no elevator!

Perfect location, just minutes from the main square. Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast. For the price, a really good place to stay.

We had a great stay at Mikolaj. The location is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to move the luggage to our rooms since the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The rooms were HUGE! Two thumbs up!

Would come back in the same place another time! Nice place, wunderfull breakfest room, nice people!

Whilst the room was spacious, easy chairs in the room would provide comfortable seating - our room only had one 'desk' chair.

Great location.Housekeeping could be better don't think bathroom was cleaned every day,toilet roll not replaced or bin emptied.No hairdryer but when I asked they were happy to loan me one however the next day after I had washed my hair I realised it had been taken back.I think they should have 1 for each room.

We were happy to be close to the old town, the hotel was OK, but there were jackhammers going on the floor below in the late afternoon and early evening. Trying to take a shower is hard as there is no curtain. Definitely old world.

There is no elevator at the location. We had to carry your luggage up four floors.

The hotel was an old hotel, but the room was very nice, newpainted, big and clean. It is so nice to have an hotel that is not so big and is "Polish". No lift, however---.The breakfast was very good and delicate. The service was exellent. The hotel has an exellent location, near the market place.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. they got me various tickets i wanted for concerts and tours. they also immediately fixed everything that was broken. when i entered the first room, the curtains and rod fell down, the toilet seat fell off, the reading light, heavily taped, didn't work. i got moved and everything worked. but there was no lobby and no elevator. i feel bad writing this--they were sweet and gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday. they had a sign in the street that said 'rooms cheap'! not mine.

Quiet hotel in the heart of Crakow.

Very nice and clean small hotel in the very center of old town. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Incredible bonus: free parking!

Great little hotel in krakow, breakfast was very nice! superb location, right on the doorstep of the main square and surrounding area. staff were very helpful and friendly.
