I stayed in the room with the confirmed e-mail reservation, and I was unpleasantly surprised the other morning when I was told that I have to pay for the breakfast - although the written e-mail confirmation said "breakfast is include in price". So, a had to spend some time arguing with the reception staff about this, and was finally allowed to consume my breakfast. It is NOT the service and attitude that I expected from the 5 star hotel! Also, the wireless internet connection was not available (contrary to the written obligation from the same e-mail), but they have provided the cable for the connection. They would need to improve on the service, and everything would be more or less O.K. in the end.
