NOT REFUNDABLE: The full amount of stay will be charged directly by the property at reservation time on your credit card and will not be refunded in any case. In order to book ROOM WITH PICK UP please send details of our flight. The transfer from KRK airport is included.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Excellent hotel location - right in the center of Krakow. Our room was large and very clean. The only thing that bothered us - the old bed and the old mattress was uncomfortable. Recommend to replace the beds. Delicious and rich breakfast. We recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the room with the confirmed e-mail reservation, and I was unpleasantly surprised the other morning when I was told that I have to pay for the breakfast - although the written e-mail confirmation said "breakfast is include in price". So, a had to spend some time arguing with the reception staff about this, and was finally allowed to consume my breakfast. It is NOT the service and attitude that I expected from the 5 star hotel! Also, the wireless internet connection was not available (contrary to the written obligation from the same e-mail), but they have provided the cable for the connection. They would need to improve on the service, and everything would be more or less O.K. in the end.

Wonderful Hotel. Surpassed all expectations! The staff is extremely accomodating and service oriented. This hotel enhanced the Krakow experience.
