Everything we expected except that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom and the weather was hot. The hotel is very well placed to visit the old town by tram without actually having to stay in the heart of the city. Excellent food.

Good connection with city centre by public transport. Although it was a non-smoking room, someone smoked in it with the window open so the room smelled. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Room was a bit small for 3 but comfortable and en-suite was good. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of hot and cold food, staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is about 15 minutes by tram from centre but the trams are frequent and stop 2 minutes walk from hotel. Very good value and would certainly recommend. Used by organised groups of young people but that didn't matter to us.
