I did not expect that smoking would be allowed in the hall adjacent to my room. The hotel is badly in need of renovation. We had booked for 4 nights and ended up staying only 1 night.

12 people in my group, with 5 rooms between us all. Excellent location, staff, value for money. Only issue was one room with side-street view/location had loud noise all night - the main street was quiet but side street has a club closeby, even though it was on the 2nd floor the noise was unacceptable. Ask for a back-side or Spitzalina street room!

Great hotel, older but full of great charm and wonderful staff. Hotel offers slow (but free) internet service,great buffet, and Large rooms. My mother needed somewhere to be pampered and she loved this hotel! Highly recommend.
