Beautiful hotel in wonderful location. Staff exceptionally welcoming. Would especially recommend the hotel organized excursion to Auschwitz. Could not have been a nicer stay, and great value for the money.

We appreciated the excellent location, comfortable room, a large enough double bed for tall Scandinavians, and the quality breakfast that was included in the room prize (as well as the wi-fi connection). The friendly and competent personnel made us feel really well looked after without any 5-star overtones. We have seldom experienced such a combination of high quality and a relaxed atmosphere.

Copernicus was a fantastic place to stay, location was excellent and the staff was too. Met some great people at the bar, and Lukasz (the bartender) has a wonderful personality and makes wonderful drinks.

This is the best hotel in Krakow, and rates with the best hotels we have ever experienced. The staff are polite, professional, welcoming, anticipate needs. The room was beautiful and well-equipped, though there was no kettle for tea. The location is perfect - on a quiet street, yet just one block from Wawel Castle and many other sites, as well as restaurants and shopping. We'll stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, very quiet, not for those looking for parties at night. In an ideal location. Rendolfos restaurant in the Square is very lovely. Would go to Krakow again and stay in same hotel

As we have stayed in other Relais & Chateaux hotels we were expecting the same excellent quality and were not disappointed. We had a room on the 3rd floor. We did not have a choice to choose other rooms as we booked via a webesite. We were perhaps hoping to get an upgrade but even in the middle of November the hotel was full which is something. B'fast was superb and dinner was definitely fine dining. There are excellent restaurants all around so you are spoilt for food. Our second trip to krakow and look forward to returning next year.

Enchanting hotel in excellent location. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable overlooking Kanonicza St- enjoyed listening to the buskers on the street below! Short walk to main square with its plethora of excellent restaurants/ entertainment. Would definately visit again- couldn't fault it!

Krakow is a fantastic city and the Copernicus Hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was probably the best hotel in Krakow but still very welcoming and friendly. We looked forward to the extensive breakfast selection, including a dozen ways of cooking eggs! A meal in the restaurant (surprisingly quiet) was the best of our holiday. It was very convenient near the Wawel Castle and city centre. The location on the web page is not right and its actual position is even better. The pool was small but lovely after a day sightseeing.

This hotel was just perfect. It was a delight to stay in a smaller hotel with the personal touch. Hot breakfast freshly cooked to order, lovely toiletries, nice welcome on arrival from manager who also checked we had enjoyed our stay on departure. The position of the hotel couldn't have been better. Our 3 night stay wasn't long enough - will definitely return.

My husband and i were on a city break to krakow.the copernicous was perfect. so so central.we have used venere.com many times.it offers exactly what they say on the net. i can't say enought about the staff, so efficient and professional. breakfast was superb, very important when on your feet all day sightseeing. we found 2 of the best restaurants in krakow directly across the street from hotel, an italian and a ukranian. have to be tried and enjoyed.all was perfect. deirdre and michael hanley(ireland)

A superb hotel in the middle of the town, between the Wawel (the old royal castle) and the Rynek (old city market). Definetly recommended! It has very interesting swimming pool and sauna in the cellar of the building, under the vaults made of red bricks. The location of the hotel is not correct on web page, in reality it is closer to the Wawel (the reality is better).

Sehr schönes Ambiente, zentrale Lage, gutes Service. Einziger Minuspunkt war die viel zu kalt eingestellte Airkondition mit starker Luftzirkulation im Restaurantbereich. Wohlfühlen dadurch unmöglich!
