We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect -- walking distance to city attractions. Private tours outside the city (i.e., the Salt Mine) easily arranged through the reception staff. Only negative -- for a 5 star hotel, the bathroom needed to be upgraded and ALL bathrooms should come with a shower. Food and service in the breakfast room could be improved. We would highly recommend the Jarema Restaurant (15 minute walking distance from the hotel)which serves delicious traditional Polish food in a lovely atmosphere.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Strong location on Market Square. Good restaurant in hotel (excellent veal and steak)and other good choices within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet features variety of fresh fruit. Eggs and omelettes made to order. Quiet and spacious rooms. Walking distance to all major attractions. Furthest attraction is Jewish Quarter, about 20-25 minute walk.

Excellent hotel in a wonderfull position right on the market squre, within a 10 minute walk of the railway station. We were lucky enough to be given an apartment, even though we had only booked a double room.It had a huge sitting room and bedroom, decorated to a very high standard and very clean. Lovely bathroom with bath and walk in shower.Only slight complaint was that the heating is the type that runs from the air conditioning unit, and as it was very cold when we were there, it did not really warm the room efficiently being such a big room. But this apart we had a great New Year in Krakow in an exceptionally good hotel.

Excellent in all respects! Very friendly and dedicated. One advise: Though the breakfast buffet is great pls take care that everything is ready by 07:00 o`clock as the restaurant is suppposed to open at 07:00.

We picked Cracow for a short romantic break before Christmas. The hotel was top class, excellent location right on the Main Square, with very attentive and friendly staff. The room was fabulous and really spacious and the breakfasts were delicious! A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, everything right on the doorstep! Could see the Cloth Hall from our bedroom window and lots of coffee places and restaurants very close by. About 10 minute walk from the Castle. Choice of breakfast great and staff very friendly. Definitely recommend to others.

Rooms nice; reception polite (not friendly...); very clean; good room facilities as WiFi etc; very central, but quiet location, BUT....: No lounge; horrible service in restaurant and especially at breakfast (4 guests at breakfast: stuff unable to bring 2 slices of toast within 20 min . teawater. "sorry, forgotten". Has to learn really a lot to be comparable with international 5* standard. Not impolite, but sometimes unfriendly and helpless stuff! Only some single friendly stuff members.

Recently renovated the Boner Palace has that shiny newness we all love. A beautiful old building with many original features and the biggest chandelier cascade you will ever see. Staff were charming and we fell in love with the place. This was our honeymoon and were not disappointed. The choice for breakfast is vast and the chef cooks it next to your table. You can take breakfast up to 10:00 am which is great for weary travellers.

Just can't fault this hotel. Fabulous location, great food, thoughtful and helpful staff and a great nights sleep. What more can you ask for?! Right on the Old Market Square so close enough to walk to everything in the old town. Great buffet breakfast with chef on hand to make fresh omelettes etc. Two good restaurants in the hotel and a nice cafe/bar with great coffee and mulled wine to warm you up on winter nights. Also try Wentzls hotel restuarant across the square for a fabulous menu with gorgeous food in a nice setting. We recommend the Wild Boar. Auschwitz/Berkenau and the Salt Mines are two trips we would recommend either with a tour company or by yourself by bus. If you want to see the castle state rooms we recommend you go early to get tickets as they are limited and when given a time to show up make sure you're there as they won't let you in if you're late. (Can you guess what happened to us?!) Enjoy your trip!

We were extremely impressed with this hotel, having recently stayed in a hotel in London which was almost twice the price this proved to be excellent value. I could not fault the accommodation, If I wanted to be critical all I could say was there were no Tea/coffee facilities in our room. The hotel staff were polite, courteous & very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, I needed to access the internet in order to print off priority boarding passes for our return flight & was shown to an office where I used their own computer & printer. We used all parts of the hotel including the coffee shop, Italian restaurant (menu ok if slightly limited) although what we ordered was cooked well & very tasty. we had a full breakfast with a fair selection & good coffee on tap. Location was perfect & we would recommend this hotel to anyone & will probably return at some stage to sample the delights of Krakow once more

The experience we had at the hotel was excellent. Really nice building, staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very nice too. We were able to use the spa facilities on our own (Im not sure how busy the hotel was) but we felt
