we had a great stay in krakow the food was excellent the hotel was worth every penny.the staff was brill help us in every way.if i go back to kracow i would go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Our room was quite large with a balcony. We really enjoyed that. The only drawback is that it is located directly across the street from a hospital so it is quite noisy. Lots of sirens in the middle of the night. We were travelling with our six-month-old and she was frequently awoken in the middle of the night.

Hotel is well located and in a walking distance from old town but not very easy to find when you travel by car. Reception personnel were very helpful and friendly. It is a nice hotel and is money's worth.

Yes I've been several times at Cracow. This hotel is nearby the old city. 10 minutes walking, only and you are in the center. You can start with an electric car for tours, or with horses in cage or simple walking. You need about another 10 minutes to walk from the center to the hill wavlaw with the castle and the also famous church. But don't forget the Altar in the church Maria in the center, cutted in wooden in 20 years from Veith Stoss.

Hotel Batory esta muy bien ubicado pero no en el centro, tiene un buen servicio y su precio es bien razonable para un Hotel de 3 estrellas, nos gusto y lo recomendamos como un Hotel clase turista muy acojedor. Su restaurant tiene un buen servicio de desayuno y comida.

The hotel is located 15 mins away from rynek glowny in a lonely residential area and about 15 mins from the railway station.The room is not very big, the beds were uncomfortable being spongy- could just sink in.The shower too tiny - could hardly move inside and soap yourself! The breakfast was very good- the restaurant is nice- the first night when we arrived late and rushed for a bite, the restaurant kitchen had already closed at 10 pm but they went out of their way to provide us with a meal.That was a kind gesture. we were in room no. 3 , ground floor which was quite noisy cos of the hospital just opposite- ambulances with sirens.

The Hotel Batory is well located with easy access to the Main Market Square and the Kazimeriz District(the Old Jewish area).The staff are extremely helpful in giving advice on the Local area and trips, we booked our trip to the Salt mines through the Hotel. Almost every aspect of our stay was perfect apart from the frequent noise of ambulance sirens, due to the ambulance staion being situated right across the road. However, we would not hestitate to recommend this hotel.

you have free water in your room. and a free parking outside guarded by a cam. but the price was high for the services obtained. and the staff wasn't so good in understanding english. a bit distant from the center.

The hotel was located a little bit out and there was not alot to do around the hotel at night
