The staff at The Cliff were fantastic and really were the highlight of our stay. They booked taxis, massage etc for us, and even brought us complimentary drinks when we were lying by the pool! The rooms were small, but nice and clean. Personally, I liked the outdoor bathrooms, but some others may not. Breakfast was great and served to your room. The pool was small but very nice - not salty or chlorine. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, albeit it a little pricey (by Thai standards). The main downside for me was the road noise - probably more so for us than other guests as ours was one of only 2 rooms backing on the main road. All others would have been quieter. I would recommend this hotel as very good value for money and above all else, excellent staff!
