nice staff and welcome, the place is in the centre of kos and just at 3 minutes from the beach, we had a nice stay and for sure i will return there, breakfast is not included

The room was very small, the fornitures old, the bad was terrible (to be changed). The breakfast was poor.

The hotel is old and is under renovation (not completed yet). No TV singal! Toilet door didnt close bad construction, the cabinet was damaged, no safe box. The lady on reception was angry because we use all day air-condition! The best thing is located downtown , there are many clubs, bars and restaurants! Beach is easily accesible!
