This is THE wonderful place, full of typical Austrian flair. We loved the room, food, decor, staff... Beautifully furnished, nice views from rooms both front and back, all desirable facilities (including a huge inside pool), first-class breakfast buffet. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely return for a longer stay. Highest recommendation!

Nice service offerings, perfect personnel. Indoor pool, sauna are very good. Need a car to go there and back, or you walk 15 min from central station. Inhouse taxi to skiing point for 8 EUR in Feb 2008.

Ragazzi che dire l'Hotel è veramente ottimo le stanza (624) è veramente grande e confortevole. Peccato che nei luoghi comuni si fumi ancora. La palestra e piccolina ma completa e veramente un albergo da vivere. A Kirgberg è il migliore!!!

From Rosenheim: take the exit Kufstein-Süd and at the roundabout in Kirchenberg proceed in direction of Aschau until reaching Rösslwirt. Turn left and pass the underground car park. After the Kirchenwirt turn right and before reaching the Cafe Boomerang turn left in direction of Badesee.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is included in the price.
Transfers to/from Innsbruck airport cost €200,00 per car (approx. 6 people).
Transfers to/from Munich airport cost €250,00 per car (approx. 6 people).
Transfers to/from the railway station cost €10,00 per person.
Use of Internet access is not included. Prices available on request.
Small pets and dogs are admitted at an extra charge of €10,00 per day (without food).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 7 days prior to arrival we
will charge the client for 100% of the total amount.
