Upon arrival we were requested to pay for our 3-night stay in advance. Usually hotels accept credit cards as guarantee. This hotel didn't. The Receptionist wanted to use my credit card as a debit card (PIN code). It took a lot of arguing before they accepted our cash payment for 2 nights. We paid for the 3rd night at 10am on the day before our departure. At 2pm, despite the fact we had fully paid, the key cards to our room had been blocked!

Guests can choose single or double rooms, all spacious and comfortable, featuring a private bathroom with hair-dryer. All of the rooms have a view over the Karlovy Vary spa or the outdoor swimming pool and boast a balcony or a terrace.Accommodation amenities include air conditioning, heating, direct-dial telephone, mini fridge, satellite TV and safe.
Rooms equipped for disabled guests, non smoking rooms and cots are available upon request.
