The Hotel had a great location right in the middle of the spa zone. It is a pedestrian zone so ther was no street noise. the room was very nice with plenty of room. Breakfast was of very high quality and had many options.

First time in Karlovy Vary. Nice hotel, central location, very friendly and competent front desk staff. At time of booking, I had emailed a request for parking arrangements, and no problem, they had reserved a space at another close-by hotel. Our room was quite spacious, with a separate entrance hall.
