EA Hotel Esplanade I - Karlovy Vary

Average hotel, staff is very helpful.

Attention, this hotel hasn't own reception - it's 100 meter on the left, in the another hotel. Everything else was fine - the view on the town was great, and rooms are reaaaaly large!

Stayed in a standard room. Very basic but also very old and pretty run down. Linen were clean and bed was ok. I didn't dare shower though. It was the kind of place where you want to stay out for as long as you can and then just go back to the hotel to sleep and leave asap. The breakfast was one of the worst I ever had though - very low quality. Next time, I'll listen to the reviews and spend a bit more for a better place.

This hotel is a "dependency" of another hotel and this was not indicated in the description. There was no front desk at this hotel and the staff at the other hotel barely spoke English or German. It was very difficult to get checked in. The public areas were not very nice and gave us the creeps.

This hotel has not a reception. You have to go to another hotel 200 meters away to check in, check out and breakfast. It's quite old and the interior walls are very thin.

This hotel must provide driving instruction for guests with cars because in Karlovy Vary it is next to impossible to reach the hotel for newcomers. The hotel has ONLY 2 parking spaces and they shouldn't advertise "parking available".
