Breakfast at Elif Otel

Our breakfast is set out as a buffet. Our buffet breakfast includes 5 kinds of bread, Turkish circular sesame bagels, butter, 9 different jams , honey, 5 kinds of olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, 5 kinds of cheese, yogurt, cold meats, fruit juices, eggs, cerals, cakes, dried fruits, tea and coffee.
Olives range from small, luscious oil-cured to rather dry, too-salty ones. Green olives are flavorful. We serve also green olives stuffed with pimiento.
Standard Turkish cheese is white sheep's milk cheese, the best being full fat, creamy, slightly salty and delicious. You may also get yellow cheese. Unaged yellow cheese is fresh and mild; aged is a bit sharper and more flavorful. You can also taste local cheeses at our buffet.
Yogurt is excellent! It's most often the plain kind, freshly clabbered, not flavored or sugared (add your own sugar and dried fruits if you like).
We don’t serve bacon and pork sausages as a Muslim country. But you will find beef sausage and Bologna at our breakfast buffet.
We are serving 7 kinds of best brand Fruit juices. tea, instant coffee, filter coffee and Turkish coffee.

As An Office Away from your Company, in all our rooms ; Work Table, Table Lamp, SA / MA Wireless Telephone, Voicemail is available as standard.
