The property is a stylish and modern family-run hotel, totally restored in 2006 and set on an attractive pine-wooded promontory, a peaceful base from which to enjoy every aspect of Skiathos island. The city, port and airport are only 6,5 km away.
The hotel offers a snack bar, pool bar, reading room, large terrace with fantastic view of the Tzaneria Bay, the Aegean and the town of Skiathos, wellness treatment services and three fully equipped conference/congress rooms for up to 60 participants.

How to reach Hotel Kanapitsa Mare
By car
Arriving from Athens or Thessaloniki, take highway Athens-Thessaloniki (E75) to the port of Agios Kostandinos, where you will take the ferry boat to the island of Skiathos.
After your arrival to the port of Skiathos, head towards Koukounaries. At the bus stop 12, about 150 meters off the main road, you will see Hotel Kanapitsa Mare.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time from 2 p.m. Early check-in is available only upon prior request.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Upon confirming the reservation we request a 25% non
refundable deposit.
- Full payment of balance is required upon arrival.
Any cancellation made within:
- 15-20 days before arrival 50% of the stay will be
charged.
- 7-14 days before arrival 75% of the stay will be
charged.
- 1- 6 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be
charged.
-Non show results in 100% charge of the stay.
-Departure prior to agreed date results in charge of 50%
of remaining days cost.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
