Good Breakfast with plenty choice of fresh fruit. Great location, adjacent to busy streets and beach. Two chairs and umbrella provided on beach, no lounger. Car park very small for a 48 room hotel and you get fined pretty quickly if you park anywhere outside of lined area. Mixed nationalities at hotel, all good folks. Generally better than recent reviews suggested and pretty good value for the price range, Clean no fuss place.

The parking lot is very small and is shared between two hotels. It is easier to park on the street. During high season I imagine this becomes a big problem. The drive to the Sabbioni port (to get to Venice) is short, and there is beach access just a block away. The room was just OK. Not bad for the price, however, most of Lido di Jesolo is hotels, so I'm sure there are much better ones.

This was the first time we went there. We arrived late yet were warmly welcomed. Room for 2 but could have easily accommodated 4. Excellent location close to the beach and close to city restaurants and shops. Lively city with great shops open till late in the evening. Tremendous value for money.
