Hotel San Marco - Jesolo

This was a last minute booking and change to our travel plans. The room cost 80 eur so what can you expect for that price... One thing we didn't realize though when making the reservation: Air conditioning is not included in price. It costs 5 eur extra. The noise the machine makes is both good and bad; eliminates all other noise but makes you feel like you are sleeping in an airplane. All in all the experience was as expected. And the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed.

Matured coupl with 23 years old son; we came back to San Marco after 4 years and again found it very friendly, welcoming and clean. This time our room was a bit too small as we were 3 persons.

the hotel is at a nice location ( only in summer till oct 15) small but nice hotel with its rate unfortunately all italian hotels have small single rooms for the people max 175 cm

I gone to Jesolo for a week-end with my wife. It was the third time i came here and it was always wonderful. The hotel San Marco is not expensive and is very sympatique and quiet. I recommende this hotel.

We like to emphasize the very good welcome we have receive in this hotel. They have done a lot to make us feel confortable. Very nice people!! This is sure an hotel I will recommend. Best regards Massimo

That was the first time in San Marco, the overall opinion is definetly positive. The only negativ thing, is only 2 closed parking place available, but its free.

No people I meet Comunicative but no attention Internet center in the hotel is too much expensive In internet you have to note the distance from venezia and that your hotel isn't in Jesolo, is in Jesolo Lido. In the booking page have to indicate that you can not be cancelled and the conditions of this.

First time here . Great location and the staff were very freindly and extrememly helpful. Good value for the staff and the location.

Breakfast from 08h00 to 10h00 was too late for me. I had to leave at 08h00 so I didn't have breakfast. All the rest was ok.

İt was not to bad like hotel colombo in napel but the qualıty of hotel we did not like.

had a good stay in san marco for the 2nd time. the rooms with bath are very nice an spacious but the 1s without are a bit cramped so its worth paying extra for a bath.

Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà, mi hanno fatto pernottare in una stanza con moquet quando invece ci sarebbe dovuto essere il parquet. Nella stanza di massimo 15 mq entrava a stento un armadio piccolo con un letto matrimoniale che tra le altre cose era composto da due letti singoli uniti tra loro...!!! La vista del bagno è stata la cosa più triste, ad essere buoni di circa 4 mq, non era presente neanche un box doccia, mentre eri seduto sul water potevi farti anche la doccia.

The hotel is really near to the main street of Lido di Jesolo but all around is quiet. The couple,owners of the hotel, are very kind people : they make everything in order your stay could be a great souvenir. They are really friendly.We are really very satisfied of this hotel and for sure, we will be back there.

Quite basic little hotel, friendly and helpful staff (though not everybody is speaka english very good!). The very basic breakfast is not included. A little noise from one nearby restaurant was no problem for us. Close to beach, stores and a million pizzerias. Reasonable price compared to other nearby, airconditioned hotels. Good place as basecamp for the nice beach and for day trips to Venice (the bus is slow, though). Not the place if you want to spend much of the day in your room watching the view - but why would you?

o.k. hotel, postable immediately via internet, but venere.com fee of 20 euro was transferred to me, call rather directly and order by telephone

La chambre était tout à fait correcte, certes les meubles ne sont pas au top du design mais les lits étaient confortables, la chambre trés propre , le personnel acceuillant et sympathique. Un seul regret : le manque d'informations sur le site en ce qui concerne la façon d'aller visiter Venise. Si j'avais su qu'aller dans Venise prendrait autant de temps, je n'aurai surement pas choisi Lido di Jesolo, ville qui pourtant est vraiment agréable !

The San Marco hotel suited my needs very well for visits to Venice, because it was off season I got a double room for a single which makes it more comfortable with a lot more space. The staff were very helpfull and on the ground floor they have a cafe internet facility and a bar where you could have a beer before retiring for the night. I would have no problem staying at the San Marco again and enjoyed my stay Italy.

We stayed end of October so the resort was quiet. San Marco is located very conveniently to bus and beach and shops. Internet cafe in the hotel, and one beside it is excellent. The chinese directly across road perfect too. So all in all San Marco is a great place to stay and good value. The night manager is great at making coffee lattes and a great welcoming smile. Would recommend it to all. You can get the bus to port for visiting Venice, Burano, Murano and airport very close buy. 2.60 Euros for bus to airport, as compared to 70 Euros for taxi.

great value for money. nice and fair solution for venice's tourists- it's about 30 minutes drive. two exceptions worth noting: first, the map given is not usefull at all.geting there can be tricky. be sure to know how to get there in advance. second, the matrress, in our room at least, was in a very poor condition.

Close to the beach and near local transport.Somewhat noisy outside late evening due to bar across other side road, this was on a Friday and Saturday night. We only stayed 3 nights which is ample area.

overall a great budget hotel, the only minus point was at check out when the cleaner produced an opened bottle of water allegedly from my mini-bar (which i had never looked in!) did not have to pay after some discussion!

Compared with other Italian hotels with the same star rating the San Marco was lacking in facilities and charm. The air conditioning was an extra charge. The staff were generally uncommunicative and sometimes did not appear to be there - aprt from the receptionist in the mornings who was helpful.

Klima 5 Euro am Tag, Parkplätze sehr beschränkt aber kostenlos. Einfahes Frühstück 8 Euro. Sehr nah am Strand (200 Meter), kostenlose Strandliegen und Schirme. Nebenstraße zur Shoppingmeile. Lage somit sehr gut. Einfache Zimmerausstattung, optisch etwas älter. TV ohne deutsche Kanäle. Großes Vollbad. DVD Player. Zimmer schön ruhig. Aussicht vom Balkon nur auf andere Hotels und Gebäude. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Alles sauber und eine gute Lage. Ein Hotel wenn es nur aufs übernachten ankommt. Deutschsprachiges Personal. Für 4 Personen ist ein Hotelzimmer zu klein (16qm), für 2 Personen ausreichend.

Good location very convenient, but cheapest doubles are very small and breakfast is extra, so the price ends up the same as a number of other hotels.

The staff was most welcoming, always around when needed , friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was basic, no frills and this was reflected in the very reasonable rate. We feel we got exactly what we paid for and would certainly consider another stay.

Hôtel agréable obtenu à un prix très convenable grâce à la réservation de dernière minute par venere.com. Il est dommage qu'il soit un peu loin de Venise mais étant donné que l'hôtel est situé près de la mer et dans la jolie petite ville de Lido de Jesolo, le charme reste préservé.

The price was great if that's what you are looking for but the accomodations were not the best. The area around the hotel is very noisy and parking is difficult. There is a bar near the hotel that is open all night that kept us up all night. Management was nice but I did not have a good night sleep, or shower. I recommend staying in Venice is you can handle it.

This hotel has an excellent location, minutes from the main bus terminal and the beach. The family room which slept four was super, especially since it was so difficult to find hotels offering this facility. Staff were welcoming and friendly and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had no problems, but witnessed a couple being badly treated. They arrived late on the Sunday evening & had no hot water in their room on that evening & or the following morning. Management were not at all helpful - were quite rude actually.

Soggiorno breve ma gradevole, forse un pochina di scelta in più nelle colazioni non avrebbe guastato ma ciò non rende negativo il nostro soggiorno.

San Marco Hotel in Jesolo was great. Very well Located and facilities were excellent.

ive been to Jesolo, italy plenty of times and been in many hotel there and san marco was the worst. everything was fine until we checked out after that we couldnt use any of there facilties ie; beach and parking, without paying for it. the other many hotel there in Jesolo that we stood in let us use their beach and parking without cahrge after we checked out until we let town. adn the price to park and use the san marco portion of the beach is not cheap.

Due to this being a 24 hour internet cafe, the noise outside was high. The level of inter room noise was also very high.

Breakfast is too simple

Good, newly renovated little hotel. Parking place price is included, and the parking place is near to the hotel. You can ask for air-conditioning (5 euro/day).

This hotel in the centre of Lido di Jesolo features a good level of standard for those who do not demand outstanding luxury. The owners are straigtforward and very service minded. Nevertheless, the noise from the street in early mornings disturbed us, i e the trucks emptying the garbage containers. This might very well been the case in any hotel i Jesolo, so we will not put any blame on the hotel for this. The placement of the hotel is perfect for nightlife, moreover, it is close to the beach and close to the bus station (100 m) for travelling to Venice, and quite easy to find. We recommend SanMarco to anyone who goes to Jesolo and do not have demands for a sea view. Thank´s for a nice stay!

Large clean rooms and does have its own strip of beach. For a similar price it may be possible to get a hotel with a pool though. Friendly staff but the breakfast isnt worth getting up for.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel San Marco and would be definitely staying there again and recomending our friends and family to stay there.

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner personally. We were treated like "old friends" for the entire stay--so much so that we were truly sorry we had to leave. Ferdinando was an excellent host. His recommendations of restaurants, the hotel beaches are beautiful and the hotel location was PERFECT. When we return to Jesolo we plan to stay at the San Marco.
