From Milan and the Brenner Pass: exit the A4 highway at Marco Polo/Tessera and then follow the road signs for Jesolo.
From Tarvisio, Udine and Trieste: exit the A4 highway at Noventa di Piave/S. Donà di Piave and follow the indications to Jesolo.

By train
The closest train stations are in San Donà di Piave and Mestre. Both have bus connections to Jesolo.
