There was a small problem with parking... once I parked, I was blocked in by someone else and it remained that way until I left. Fortunately I only walked around and didn't need to drive because that could have been an issue. The hotel was great besides that and the food was good, too.

Good hotel, good staff, sometimes a little bit more english speaking would be welcome, but wlekcom at arrival was excellent. Nice room.

"Sea-view room" turned out to be "sea-view balcony if you looked off to the right a bit between two buildings". That end of Jesolo in particular is mosquito infested due to nearby marshes and lakes.

The hotel itself was clean and close to the beach and main street but the staff in the hotel were not very helpful or friendly, every enquiry seem to be just to hard by the way it was received. They claimed to be a 4 star hotel but in a 4 star hotel the service quality and the facilities provided world wide are way above and beyond what we received in Helios. The lady at the reception always looked like she was bothered by questions, why work in hospitality if you dont like customer service???

Very friendly personal; when we wanted to make a trip to Venice they advised us to take a bus/boat ticket that is sold by the hotel. The bus stop is just a few blocks from the hotel and brings you to Punta Sabbioni, from where you can take the waterbuses and in Venice you can use them all day. The Car park at the hotel is also very good, some space covered and some not, but all on own property. When you have a room on the seaside, and yes we had, you can see the see between the hotels that are direct on the sea.

Very good place to stay for couple. You should take half board, food is better than in the sourandings. Rooms are very small. Hotel is next to the beach, calm, beach of hotel is very nice.

You should absolutely take the half board. Great dinner for people who love good food. One of the places you can find for dinner at the Lido.

EVERYTHING ABOUT HOTEL HELIOS WAS EXCELLENT.THE FOOD,THE HELPFUL STAFF,THE SITUATION,THE POOL(NEVER CROWDED). I WOULD CERTAINLY RETURN. THE ONLY THING I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT WERE THE PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE VENEER SITE. THE SEA VIEW IS SUPERIMPOSED ON THE ROOM WINDOW.NO SUCH VIEW EXISTS FROM THE HOTEL. EVEN WITH THAT I WOULD STILL RETURN. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE TO RESORT TO CHEAP SALES GIMMICKS.IT IS A BRILLIANT HOTEL.

The Hotel Helios is a small, family run concern and as such is ideally suited to couples. We were made very welcome and the staff were attentive and helpful. The food was very good as long as you are prepared to try the local produce, particularly fish. The hotel is well positioned in a slightly quieter area of this busy resort. The beach is clean and close to the hotel. The swimming pool is quiet and luxurious. The rooms were quite small but well furnished and en suite facilities excellent. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Very nice hotel,good meals. Best hotel in our 3 week holiday in Italy.Pool party on thursdays with very good dinner! Only disappontment: taxi from hotel to Punta Sabbiamo(boat to Venice) costed 46 euros! On map the route is very short!

We would suggest the Helios to anyone as a wonderful place to stay. The hotel staff was great, breakfast was delicious, our view of the ocean was perfect. We will return

Most enjoyable stay at Helios. Would certainly return. We had a room for three which was a little too small. Very helpful when the Carabineri stopped our car and we didn't have any documents with us (€35 fine)Hotel faxed our details to them. Enjoyed the food esp the unusual fish. Jesolo beach is ideal.

Overall an excellent hotel and good value for money.Rooms adequate,pool area attractive.The food was fresh and tasty, you had to select your menu the day before,this is quite customery in italy but may not suit everyone.We found the staff very helpful,though a bit slow on service in the restaurant.The location was ok,at the Venice end of Lido.We borrowed bicycles from the hotel to get around as it is such a big resort,this was great fun.There are several bars nearby though little in the way of late night(after 12) entertainment. Overall a great holiday,good value for money,I will return to the hotel again and will certainly use this website.
