The only comment I would like to make would be about the attitude of the female receptionist, she wasn't very welcoming and when we asked for Mr. Dunwell and Mr Pearson to have single rooms she was very curt and tolld us we were stopping someone else from having accommodation, as we were paying extra we didn't see a problem, we all found her attitude totally unacceptable and maybe she should enrol for a course at charm school, otherwise, everything was fine.

We actually upgraded to the partner hotel, Nember for an extra 7EUR a night. The hotel is well situated on a quieter area of Lido di Jesolo. Its a bit back from the beach (a block) Room was spotless (although with a bit of a musty "old person smell", possibly from the last occupants. It cleared after we aired the room for a day) It was pretty basic and smallish. Balcony was a tiny triangle - did have a sea view but felt too cramped to sit on (even for one person) . Air con in the room but it was not switched on even though it was 30 degrees one day. Breakfast buffet was basic - eggs, bread, cold meats. Hotel main areas were spotless and staff were all very helpful and always had a smile and a hello. For the price it was great, overall an average 3* hotel, nothing special but worth the price if on a budget. Most of the other hotels in the resort looked much the same anyway, and Hotel Garden\Nember was one of the cheapest.

Staff were fantastic Pleasant, well turned out, and very personable Photos on the web site were nothing like the room we had, and the room was quite noisy until the bar downstairs closed for the night (under seperate management to the hotel) but overall our stay was quite good I am not sure about the hotels policy of not allowing guests to pay their bar bill in cash, only allowing items to be added to your bill at the end of the week but overall a good stay Shame about the mosquitoes

Schönes, einfaches Zimmer. Alles da was man braucht. Ideal für ein paar Nächte oder Kurzurlaub. Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, tip top.

This hotel is situated in an ideal position, close to the beach shops and restaurants. The rooms are very basic, but sheets and towels were changed every day. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Basically its a 1 star hotel with a 5 star service. Would certainly recommend it to others.

Good Hotel, Location excellent right in middle, Breakfast a little boring same every day Melon Ham and Cheese, Best of all no fighting for sun beds.

The staff are extremely helpful – they will help you with any problems at all. The Garden’s Rooms are very clean but basic (also a little smaller than I expected). We paid a little extra to upgrade to a Nember room, which was nice - do this if you have the budget. That said, Garden rooms are more than acceptable in terms of cleanliness, access etc. A nice hotel (one of the best I saw during my visit) - no complaints at all.

Hotel was ok but rooms were small and could have been cleaner. Showers were the type that was not enclosed so everything in bathroom got wet when you showered. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, got a bit boring. Photos show rooms better then they are. It is in quieter area of the street though, which was nice.
