Itaca Hotel Jerez - Jerez de la Frontera

Hotel well situated for shopping, eating and bodega visits. We found the hotel ideal for our 3 day / 2 night trip and excellent value for money. Breakfast was included in our rate and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

If you stqay at a 4 stars Hotel you expect somehow a nice Hotel with good facilities. The mirror in the bath was missing, the air condiotion was noisy and did not fit to the huge room so that it was though very warm in it. The lift was not well adapted/guarded so that you could easily step and fall. 5 minutes after arival the room boy cam e to check the minibar which he could have done before (we checked in at 2 and the rooms were available from 12 onwards). When we left the notice that there has to be something to be fixed (list of things I state here) the guy at reception reacted quite surprised and said it was unpossible that our room laked all that things. Overall: bad stay at a very good expected Hotel. But it was only one night so we did not suffer very much.

The rooms where modern, clean, comfortable. By far the best Hotel I stayed at during my 2 week 5 city tour through Southern Spain. The only thing is when the other room doors would slam, which occured frequently, it was very loud and disturbing.

A first rate hotel at a very good price. Converted Covent in a quiet but central part of Town. Any easy walk to the Bodegas. Friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Very nice and modern hotel room, a little sterile, not really the cute ancient convent you expected, but extremely clean. 5 min walk to the town center, bottegas, and tapa places. The hotel is a little hard to find if you are driving, but very affordable and nice.

Great, cool and clean hotel

Beautiful design, retains some historical character. The room was fantastic and very futuristic. The showeer was an event.

Very pleasant reception from gentleman at the desk, even though hour was late. Recomended a place to eat a short walk away and marked it on a map that he gave us. Restaraunt was a good one, friendly and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good but WAY overpriced!! If I had paid 13€ more for the room and had breakfast included, I would have been very satisfied with value, but as it is, I feel like the room was a great value, but that I paid WAY too much for a continental breakfast. Logically, I know I paid the same amount, but that is just my gut feeling. Also, the hotel restaurant was closed when we arrived, even though it should have been open according to the internet info and the in-room info. I knew when we booked that we would be arriving late and leaving early, and the hotel restaurant was a factor in deciding to book. Despite these minor critisms, it was the perfect place to stay when flying into Jerez late. The rooms were clean and modern, and I think it was a good value. Would stay there again.
