We found the room we had very small for two people i.e just one chair, there was a balconey bur not chairs so it could not be utilised, no extractor fan in the bathroom, very small shower cubicle, dust hairs from a previous occupant in the corner of the bath room very small ? wardrobe space would have problems if we had wanted to hang long things up. How does the hotel warrant 3 stars

We got what we paid for; it was a cheap deal for Andalusia and we got at least our money's worth. The location was excellent, a five minute walk from the main square, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet and not cramped. On the downside, the breakfast was very poor (good coffee but no hot food - basically cocopops, toast and tasteless cheese), there were only Spanish language channels in the limited TV selection, the staff spoke next to no English, and there was no safe or tea/coffee making facilities. So not really a three star hotel but the main things were fine, and good breakfast wasn't hard to find in Jerez (try the unsung Cerveceria 100 Montaditos just off the main square). Well worth it for budget conscious travellers but next time we'd pay more to get more.

My husband and I spent a week end in Jerez,a weeks ago...We had a lovely time there and we very surprised with the quality or service provided. We arrived at the hotel at noon and the person in charge at the front desk was really fantastic... He made a map for us with all the attractions surronding area and the best restaurants and the time to go to everything as the Cathedral, the visit to the "Bodegas GONZALEZ BYASS" ...ect.When we made the check out, we ask for a room to leave our luggage till the time to leaving at evening and he also booked a taxi for us at the pick up time. Fantastic! a 4 stars level of service. The room was very quiet and a fabulous twin bed very confortable...
