I have been to katra couples of times but KC Residency is nicely decorated but pathetic service and knoweldge if staff is nil. I stayed in family suite thinking its one big room with two double beds but it was two connecting room, this is not the information provided online. No LCD TVs, no hair dryer, no proper hot water, very very poor service
