I had a really comfortable stay here. The staff were more than helpful. I recommend it for those travelling on a budget.

Not hot water except for 15 minutes after we complained 3 Times. Staff not competent in the evening and night shifts, not speaking any English. Room incredibly small and with electric wires not covered.

Basic hotel. Its advantage is that it is close to main rail station (Basmane) in Izmir. Staff on reception were very helpful. However,I was glad I was only staying one night.

The staff, Mustafa and Ali, at the Guzel Izmir were very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay there and plan on returning when we go back to Izmir.

By carBy car Hotel is 18 km from the airport.
Once you arrive to Izmir you need to follow city centre signs and come to Basmane You need to enter the street 1368 which is right across from Izmir International Fair. We have valeet parking for the cosy of 5 Euro.
By train
By train you will arrive to Izmir Basmane Train Station you will cross the steet and walk for 5 minutes along Fevzi Paşa Bulvard Hotel is on the first street to the right. 1368 Sok No 8.
By airplane
By airplane you can take the Airport shuttle bus number 202. Get off at Cumhuriyet Meydani Stop and walk for 10 minutes.You will turn your back to the sea then you will come to street light.Turn left walk along Gazi Bulvard and you will arrive to 9 Eylul Meydani cross the street. Hotel is in the street 1368. Or you can take the train to Basmane Train station from the dosmetic Terminal and when you exit the Train Station we are located on the first street on your right.
By public transportation
Get off at 9 Eylul Meydani in front of International Izmir Fair Kultur Park.There are free shıtlles of the main bus companies right
