Serenity Hotel - Istanbul

I arrived at sulthnamet and it took me a short while to find the hotel. it was difficult as the hotel sign was flat to the wall and did not stick out as most of the other ones did,, but when i found the hotel the staff were great, very welcoming and very polite, very friendly and very professional. ive travelled a lot and the staff here i have to say are the best yet that ive ever met,, i also liked the cup of tea made for me as soon as i arrived. so once i found the hotel it was a short walk to the blue mosque and about 800m uphill to the main tram line stop.. if only id not have listened to the drunk mans directions i would have found this place a lot handier. the rooms were clean and very very nice.. the beds were comfortable and i enjoyed my stay here. there was a new wall getting made one of the days i was here and it was a bit of a racket and the staff appologised so that was ok,, i could also hear the old man next door using the toilet which would have been ok only he used it at 5am probabbly getting ready to go home and used it until about 7am,, he may had a bad kebab as he did make a lot of trumpet noises. so apart from the bit of next door room noise everything else was 100% and i would stay here again. oh breakfast was in the hotel next door and it was great, again the staff were the best and they made sure we had everything we needed but we had more than we needed so a big thankyou to diane and the rest of the staff.. just please please get a nice sign for the front of the hotel that sticks out and lights up as i would have found the hotel from the top of the street.
