AWESOME HOTEL! We just loved everything: the staff, prices, the room we stayed, breakfast and especially the front desk clerks and the restaurant attendant: she was always smiling, and willing to help us even though she didn't speak english so well. Pretty close from all the great points of Historical Centre: Haghia Sophia, the Blue Mosque (100 meters walk), Cistern and the Grand Bazaar. There's a tram station (Gulhane) close by to go to Taksim (nice shopping spot). And if you missed the dinner time, don't worry: the kebab from the hotel restaurant is delicious and the price is just fine. Great breakfast, they offer you a different soup every morning, fresh bread and yogurt and much more. The window of our room was soundproof (so we weren't awoken by the pray calls from the Mosque), but the walls are not! So hope for a quiet guest next door. The wifi services and the cable TV should get a little improvement (slow internet and everything is written in turkish!).
