Very good hotel located close to the Blue Mosque. The staff was very helpful and kind on our arrival, as well as during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with an assortment of typical Turkish food. Bedroom was large enough, quiet, seemingly tidy, beds were comfortable (separate beds) and the heating system worked properly.

Love the Ottoman style. The best I like about this hotel is the hotel staff. They are very helpful. Especially my favorite "nadir" who madeour first trip to Istanbul special. Only one very little thing, there should be provided the electric water boiler inorder for the guest like me to have hot water making before bed tea after come back from the freezy outdoor walk.

Our stay at indo hotel is really memorable,it has a spectacular view on my room and it's close to the Blue Mosque,Hagia Sofia..etc.The staffs are very accomodating...I'll definitely recommend this to friends and I'll book with this really nice hotel when I come back to Turkey(hopefully)!!!

The hotel is not recomendable, the rooms are super small and not clean at all (especially the bathrooms). The location is great and the atention is very good aswell, the staff is absolutle kind, but in our opinion the relationship between price and quality is very poor. Basicaly, the rooms only have nice pillows.

The hotel has a good location. The staff is mostly kind except from a darker guy, who is almost for no help there. The rooms are really small (4x2,5 m toilet included) and not well maintained but with new windows. They would need a handyman to fix all small details. The room they gave us had some water dripping from the ceiling, but they changed it with no problems. The rooms have good heating. The staff doesn't keep promises even if they act very kind. I asked for towels, because there were only 1 set of them in a double room, I never got them... I found them and in a closet and took one. The cleaning lady came the first days just to empty the trash and bring toilet paper, after that she forgot about us. I asked the darker guy for toilet paper, he said he doesn't know where it is, but he would tell the cleaning lady. We never got the toilet paper in the next few days. I had to take it from the shared bathroom. They run out of hot water in the middle of me taking a shower... bad experience. They apologized because of some technical problems, and I understand it, but 2 days later no hot water again. When they changed us the room they said they will put our baggage in the new one while we were out. It didn't happen. When we came back the new person in the "reception" didn't know about us getting a new room, and the worse thing, our old room had the door open, with all our baggage inside, even if we closed it before leaving. The breakfast is basic, and they have free tea all day for costumers. On photos it looks perfect, but actually it average at the best. The price is good, but I have been in better places for this price in Europe. I can’t compare it with other Istanbul places, because I haven’t been anywhere else. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends, but I have the feeling, that other low budget places are not better. I don’t know about the food at the restaurant because we were eating in other places.

Just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel for being so helpful on my stays. It is close to everything. And a special thanks to nado, hasan, memet, and of course bahtiyar. I look forward to me return visit

Todo fue horrible.

The Hotel has an excellent location, very close to the most important spots. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. And some details really make the difference: lots of explanations upon our arrival regarding what to see and what to do in Istanbul; help in providing Taxis and making the necessary arrangements with the drivers (by the way, there is a Taxi station just in front of the Hotel…); the complimentary tea, served everyday at 5 o’clock pm; the non strict obedience to the breakfast time-table (if you let yourself in bed beyond the alarm clock time, don’t worry: you will still have the opportunity to have a relaxing breakfast after 10:30). As an overall judgment I am sure that İndo Hotel (and Istanbul, of course) is a mandatory returning point!

The Hotel was great. The staff was execellent very professional and happy to help.

It was alright. Did not pick me up from the airport as was promised and no wake up call for my early morning flight. They actually forgot to wake me up. Very cheap and affordable. No phones in the room. People were welcoming and rooms were properly cleaned. Very small rooms though. Safe and you get what you pay for. Family owned hotel. One guy was kind of rude with an attitide. I think it was one of the brothers. Anyways, for the price it is definitely worthit. Look for a guy name HASAN, he is helpful. Great location. Dont arrange a pickup with the hotel. It is half the price to book at the airport.

Boys working at the desk and serving meals were excellent. They really tried to welcome guests and cater for their needs. The woman responsible for cleaning rooms was a disaster. her idea was to empty the bathroom bin and dry the bathroom floor. beds were not made. bedroom floor was not cleaned. bathroom facilities were not touched. Other guests also complained about this but unless one of the boys went to fix the problem nothing was done.

Overalll, a great VALUE in a great LOCATION! Really enjoyed my WEEK stay and would stay again. Rooms are simple and VERY clean but keep in mind t's not the RITZ! However, the staff always went out of their way to help, always quick to resolve issues and tried hard to please the customer. Example, my tv went out and I had a new one in a flash. I had working wi-fi in my room and in the restaurant, free coffee & tea! It was great! HIGHLIGHTS: The RESTAURANT is AMAZING, open 24/7! The included breakfast is basic but good. The free water, tea & coffee is a nice touch especially for a budget hotel. The view from my room was majestic. Location is within walking distance to all the major sites. DRAWBACK: The language barrier at times made communication with the staff tricky but eventually we always found a way to communicate.

My room was cleaned & neatly prepared everyday. My friend and I were so pleased. The food at the restaurant had excellent turkish taste and some other dishes were more fusion of mediterranean mixture, well-displayed smell+taste. The service staffs were friendly and went extra effort with a smile to support me when i had so many questions because this is my first time in Istanbul. Hotel location is fantastic. It is closed to major tourist attraction. My experience is amazing and i highly recommend to all first timer.
