Great location, competent and very friendly staff! Free WIFI in rooms and ok breakfast. Overall a good choice to explore a great city!

Nice location, near tram station, friendly personel. Good breakfast. Our double room was very small. Too warm in room because of central condition sistem, we had to sleep with open window all night (it was too noisy outside).

Good hotel but rooms to much little

We were a big party and the stuff of the hotel was very competent and helpful! It was very sad that Cetin working at the reception and extremely polite and flexible lost his job after 11 years this week end.....

Great little hotel, very clean & comfortable, particularly if you get a suite. Close to all the major attractions (Aya sophia, Blue mosque etc).

La chambre 404, située au 4è étage était minuscule pour 2 personne. Nous ne savions pas où placer notre unique bagage, et ranger nos vêtements. Tout le reste était agréable. Les sanitaires impeccables. Nous retournerons volontier à cet hôtel, à condition d'avoir une chambre de taille correcte.

Hotel is very good located in the old city center, Sultanahmet, the best place for the tourists visiting Istanbul. However, the hotel is a so-called boutique hotel, not a four star hotel as rated in venere.com - the rooms are pretty small; beds and bathroom are clean (the floor questionable). The breakfast is OK. Check your room before you accept it, it may be far too small. And since the hotel is on a main street, where the tram line passes, it's recommended to get a room from the upper floors and the back side.

Nice property in good central location. Booked a "double" on Venere.com and upon check-in was told that my room reservation would be changed to a "sister" property up the street in an upgraded room. In fact, the property was older and shabbier with lower rack rates. I insisted on staying at hotel as reserved and was given a room that was well appointed, but tiny with barely enough room to store luggage between the wall and the bed. Breakfast was good. Not sure whether this was a fluke or typical treatment of venere.com clients.

Excellent location, pick up from airport was included in the price. Restaurant food was great and prices were very reasonable. Staff were very friedly and helpful. We will definetly stay there again.

I found the rate for the room far too expensive for the standard of the hotel also i had booked a double room and they could only put me up in a twin
