Hotel Pamphylia - Istanbul

It's very convinent.

Good for a budget city break, but i would say was 3 star ONLY in reception area Rooms were small, curtains hanging off rails & 1 towel i had had holes in it they not changed the 5 days i was there & same with beding never changed just remade up.

We stayed 3 nigths at the hotel on our way back home.The first night they gave us a very small room, which was very bad; a litle window that you could not even see outside, a very dirty carpet on the floor, no bedside lamps so you could not even read at nigth, toilet very superficially cleaned. We complained and the next day we had a decent room, a litle bit bigger and cleaner. Anyway, the hotel must make some effort to better the rooms and toilets which are very old. I would not recommend the hotel for long stays. The location is good and common parts as well.

I have stayed 4 nights. The hotel's internet service only available at the lobby. The room's heater is not working well. Breakfast is normal. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a walking distance to the places of interests and tram services.

The hotel is very good located. The staff is welcoming and guest friendly. But all other things are poor. Very small room with very small facilities. Very basic breakfast. I've stayed there only one night but I would not recommend it for long stay. Or, probably, they have better rooms for people staying for longer periods :)

The receptionists were very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They were also happy to help with information about Istanbul and how to get to certain places. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. Beware the sports bar on the corner by the hotel however, it is rather expensive, and the staff are very keen to acquire tips, too much so in my opinion. The location of the hotel is second to none that I saw, and public transport is cheap and efficient. The best restaurants I found were 10 mins walk from the hotel, past Aghia Sophia and down the hill at the other side past the Dervish bar. Try the mixed kebab - delicious. Istanbul is an outstanding venue for a city break, I would recommend it to anyone.

La terraza que aparece en la fotografía no está en uso. Las habitaciones tan monas que aparecen en las fotografías no coincidieron con la que a mi me proporcionaron. El desayuno no me gustó. La localización y la limpieza están bien. No hay ordenadores disponibles para los clientes, tienes que llevar portátil para poder hacer uso de internet wifi.

The quality of personal service is very professional and helpfull. It was very helpfull for me that they keep one of my laggage in two different ocassions while I was travelling around Turkey and other countries.For the price that the hotel charge ($39.00 in low season), you cannot ask for a better variety of food for brekfast.

The hotel was clean and quite. Breakfast delicious and always fresh food were provided. Employees spoke generally good english and were very kind. The only problem was that we had a triple room and we were provided two times with only two towels.
