Stayed here to watch Liverpool play v Besiktas. Small pool and no loungers there though it was late October. Bar terrace has nice views. The traffic is crazy but the walk to Taksim Square is around a 10 minute walk - Taxis plentiful and cheap to all locations. Breakfast plentiful though somewhat basic , staff friendly and area is quiet. The drinks in hotel were around 3.00 each for a glass which is quite expensive, though Turkey is getting more expensive each time i go there

The hotel looked like a four star hotel from the outside. However the condition of the room, including the quality of the beds, the cleanliness of the linnin and the over all quality of the the room is poor. the quality of the room and services is similar to a two star hotel and not to a four star. My family and I will never use this hotel again. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

Small things went missing from my room on the last day of my stay and the receptionist blatantly told me that “These things happen!”. He not only ignored my complaint but blatantly branded my one of those ‘English’ – which I am incidentally not – who always complain and gave me a lecture that I should look into myself. Also the hotel and the facilities are very dated and often dirty looking. Some of the other hotels in that price range offer more for your money … and hopefully more appropriate staff.

Arrived very late and hotel said they had no record of my reservation from Venere. They were very full but were able to find a room which unfortunately was badly in need of redecoration. There was no offer to reduce price. Otherwise staff were great and location was ideal.

People are very nice, but this hotel doesn't merit 4 stars. I had a non smoker room and it smells cigarette in all the bathroom. The cleanliness was very approximative. The breakfast was of no quality.
