Polite and helpful personnel, clean bathrooms and good beds!! (especially in comparison to surrounding hotels) The area is rather noisy with alot of tourists. But the proximity to the bazaar and down town Istanbul is great. Prices quoted on the internet were a little higher than the prices quoted in the reception. Reason unknown. However - we had to pay the price quoted on the internet.. We got a double room, but were able to change to a room with king size bed. Very helpful personnel! The breakfast was ok, but not the best I have had. Though - they did have coffee! =)

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
