Istanbul is a facinating city. For one reason or another, I did not feel away from home. The city is rich with culture and history. Above all, the people are tourist friendly every where, the Bazar, streets, etc. What made our trip truely a pleasure is the friendliness of the team in the hotel starting with the General Manager to the cleaning boys. Especially Eisha and Ilker made our stay very special. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable and enjoyable. Thanks to them and we hope to see them in Cairo soon.

Credit cards not accepted. Dirty towels in the bathroom for both days. Stuff cannot understand/speak English apart from a few exceptions. Nice building/rooms. Don't eat anything but breakfast (which is poor by the way) Conclusion: not a 4* hotel
