We were in transit via Istanbul and this hotel provided just the accommodation we were looking for. It was near a tram stop and many popular tourist areas were located nearby. Wi-fi Internet was available 24 hours/day and included in the room rate. The staff were very helpful. The room was not completely ready for our arrival but the staff quickly brought us the missing items - a chair, an AC remote and plenty of water to flush the toilet.

The hotel s in a great location. Breakfast is amazing and really starts the day off right. We watched several world cup games in the lobby and the staff joined us at times, so it was comfortable and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

I am doing traveling documentations all around the world - but this hotel was one of the poorest ones I have ever expierienced! - We had just extreme hot water in the shower!! - the elevator of the hotel was so loud that we could not sleep at all!! - the breakfast ws so bad, a 2 TL sandwich on the streets had more quality! the stuff -especially the women at the reception was extrem unfreindly! NORMALY I SHOULD WATCH out the "FRANKFURTER TABELLE" and check about how much money you have to pay me back!!!! Jürgen Groh

Rooms for singles are beyond small and do not even contain a wardrobe. Daytime front desk help appears to have an attitude. Most of staff very friendly and helpful. Street in front of hotel is closed to traffic so luggage has to be carried up to and into hotel. Might have stayed six days but switched after three.

Despite a good location and well presented rooms we had to leave halfway during our stay due to unbearable noise levels. Staff in this hotel unfortunately refused to respond to complaints from various guests even at 04:00 in the morning! The general manager failed to show any sings of remorse and claimed that the noise was out of his control and that it was not his problem. Think twice before booking a room at this hotel if you want any sleep!!!
