It was a nice hotel after all, not really 4* in European standards but clean, towels changed daily, rich breakfast, very close to the most important touristic attractions.

Clean room though 6th Floor room very cramped. Excellent location for all main sites as well as transport. WiFi access intermittent at best - none on 6th Fl. Only major issue was lack of water p.m. before and a.m. of departure.

Wonderful location, really near to S.Sofia and Cisterna. The hotel is beautiful, very new and clean. The rooms are very small, the breakfast is very little too. The hotel is very good for short vacation, like weekends.

I booked a three standard beds room, but at our arrival we were given a double room with an extra bed, toooo small, the next day staff solved it.excellent bellboy service.receptionist very efficient.quite advisable.

the hotel was great. we travelled as a family with my sister. we had two rooms they were next to each other and had an ajoining door which was great - the only down point was the size of the room -which was small but with everything ealse being so good you don't mind. The sites were all within easy reach - either by foot or by tram for those who want to take it easy. i would reccommend the hotel to others. and would definately stay there myself again
