Ads and classification show 4 stars, highly improbable. The hotel is clean and staff is very nice, rooms are very spacious, but very minimalist and very 70's, very close to a road with quite a bit of trafic the shower is more like for a students room than for a 4 stars hotel. On the positive side: cheap Internet WIFI in the rooms There is no other hotel in Ispra, but Anjera is very close and charming.

Staff fine but hotel very run down and seedy. Restaurant only open when coach load of tourists arrive for overnight stop (very noisy). Otherwise, hotel deserted and no facilities available. Seems like it is being run down for closure.

This is NOT a 4* hotel!! This is more like a 3* motel. Do not expect quality!!! The reception is also a bar, so public areas smell of cigarettes and bear. Feels like being in a pub. We asked for a double room and got a twin room. Room is spacious, but feels old and outdated. The walls are cracked with usage and humidity, thick curtains have holes in them so let the light through and the whole room just feels cold and unwelcoming. Certainly not as per photos on the website. Our room (110) was right next to the public areas, next to the cleaning cupboard so expect to be woken up by cleaners very early and next to the service exit so expect noise from the restaurant emptying bottles etc. The hotel/motel is also right next to a major crossroad and far from the lake. Location certainly not ideal. The only positive thing is the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

Le Terrazze is a recently built 4 star hotel. The building stands in a quiet and leafy area and inside facilities include a restaurant and an open terrace. Bar and reception service available all day. There is also a reading and TV lounge, two lifts and internet point. Outside facilities include garden and car/bus parking free of charge.
