This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting - so just a few minor niggles. The pool looked delightful but was far too warm to cool down from the heat or to swim. The private beach, said to be 100m away, was in fact 1km away and definitely not worth the walk due to overcrowding (other hotels use it) - best get the bus to Forio. A kettle in the room would be good and an English TV channel - the only one was CNBC - no news. Lights on balcony should be controlled from the room - not auto timer. Taxis €15 to or from port are a rip-off - but too far to walk with luggage. But overall it was a great place to stay and we would certainly go back.

Staff was warm & accommodating. We left our camera at a restaurant. Staff was most helpful in recovering it. They were also very patient as our Italian leaves much to be desired. Clean rooms, warm staff, wonderful weather. Highly recomended.
