An awful welcoming and global service and treatment towards clients that are not usual visitors or that are not taking their lunches and dinners at the hotel (the Maître of the restaurant is particularly rude). I can speak several languages but it is particularly complicated to communicate with the employees unless you speak Italian. The only nice and resolutive person we could deal with is the woman leading the reception departement. The clients are mainly Italian and German and mostly elderly people, that come to make some treatments at the spa.

Ottimo il centro benessere e in particolare Mr,Pino il fisioterapista, servizio sala ok anche se gli orari son troppo ristretti,e manca lo scaldapiatti,per il resto tutto ok,la piscina coperta e troppo obsoleta.

The hotel staff lost my reservation and during my stay I felt I was not welcome there. I've reserved 5 days, but spent only 2 in the hotel. I realy can't recomend this place.

Great breakfast; good large sitting area for relaxation, mineral baths wonderful. Personnel were ready for us, and even though one room was not set up for 3 people, they knew immediately after we checked in it was supposed to be and sent a maid to set up the bed for the third person. Very friendly staff.
