Aragona Palace Hotel & Spa - Ischia

Great location; very nice room; very nice staff.

Wonderful hotel with very competent and pleasant staff. We had a wonderful time at this terme hotel.

Excellent service throughout. The breakfasts and dinners were very good with a vast choice.The thermal spa facilities were excellent as was the roof top pool. Ischia is very quiet in February with virtually no restaurants open so the half board was vital.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and 100% competent. The pool area was nice as well. Breakfast was okay....good coffee but average food. The location was convenient if you are traveling on foot...the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the ferries and the main bus stop is 5 minutes away. If I were to return to Ischia, I would for sure stay here again.

All OK . Is locatet on harbour- therefore NOT quiet. But if you are interested in harbour view and ships and ferries this hotel is perfekt. The restaurants are nearba and shopping area is around the corner

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was myself and a couple of friends. It was within walking distance to the ferry port and to all the areas of note in Ischia Porto. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. It was clear that it had recently been renovated. During our 3 night stay, we mostly hung out at the rooftop pool. It was well maintained, with a beautiful view and a poolside attendant who took good care of us during our time there. We also decided on this place as it offered a full service spa. Our experience with the spa was very unsatisfactory. First of all for the price we were paying to stay at this hotel (350E / night), I was upset to see that they still had "siesta" hours in effect. I realize that this is the lifestyle of the island, but for almost $700/night, and a hotel of that caliber I thought it would be more about the customer. I had a hot stone massage at 70E and a Manicure and Pedicure at 20E and 30E. The massage was just average. I've had much better. Again at the price, I thought it would have been first class. The mani pedi was the most disappointing. It was no where near to what a professional mani / pedi should be. My nails did not look much better or in the case of my pedi, worse than when I walked in. The woman was nice enough, it just didn't seem like she had done much before at all. The mani pedi experience itself was not relaxing at all. we were sat in what can be best described as a dentist chair. And I believe some of the equipment she used were actual dentist tools! Again, i'm not sure if this is the way pedicures are usually given in Italy, but it was indeed very much a disappointing experience. I just felt "that's $80 i'll never see again". Overall, the experience was a good one as far as the rooms and the majority of our stay there. I don't know if i'd go there again, paying the same rate we did during our stay.

Very nice team , the hotel is very clean, and the location of the hotel on the port is ideal for visiting the other islands by boat ; very cloth from the port and the centre of Ischia Porto.

Breakfast is very nice, and the location is excellent!!!! beutiful scene and near the sea... there are two pools inside and outside. Both are fantastic...perfect.
