I had requested an accessible room for a wheelchair . It was on the ground floor but the room was very tight to get a chair around and the bathroom was not suitable.

Room Details

The hotel offers bright, comfortable single and double rooms with wooden furniture, all of which feature a private bathroom with hairdryer.

The guest rooms are furthermore equipped with radio, telephone, cable TV, mini bar and a balcony, affording a fantastic view of the Alps of Bern. Pets are welcome.

By car
From the highway N8 take the exit Unterseen and proceed towards Interlaken. Turn right, and you will find the hotel on your left hand side after about 200 meters.

By train
The hotel offers a free pick-up service from Interlaken West railway station. From the railway station, you may also take bus line 21 towards Thun and get off at the Lehn stop, which is across the street from the hotel.

By boat
Take a boat to the Neuhaus dock. Walk from there for 5 minutes towards Unterseen until you reach the hotel.
