+ The hotel is located close to the train station. Surroundings are nice. The breakfast is plentiful. - To get to the property one need to overpass steep descents and rises. Reception is open till 6 pm but it is not easy to find someone there even during working hours. There is not much place to park a car. The stay is too pricy but it is adequate to pricing in Switzerland.

A nice hotel next to the lake with a great view on the lake and mountains. The room was ok but i missed the toilet and shower in the room. Also we didnt have a tv. Some rooms has it so just take a little time if you'd like to book a room there and to be sure you have a shower / toilet, tv in the room.

The Seeburg was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't fault it. The young waiter on the staff , I think his name was Benji. Please pass on our thanks to him. he is an asset to the hotel.

Very nice old hotel that has been in the family, the owner said, for five generations. Getting to the hotel is quite difficult but its location is superb--right on the shore of Lake Brienz. The dining room and available places to eat all look out on the beautiful lake. The rooms are clean and vary by price. Those which look out on the lake are pricy. Those which look out on the back (into a neighbor's back yard) are reasonable. Nice place, nice people, fantastic views.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location. We went for the room with the view and balcony. Well worth the extra expense. We decided to stay here vs. in Interlaken for the views and the ability to be in a quieter setting. Happy with our choice. The staff was wonderful. We needed a bed for our 2 year old, and they brought it to our room and made sure she was comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was delicious. Service was good, too. Breakfast Sunday morning was great. Glad we found this place because we'll stay there again given the opportunity!

Situated on the shore of a lake, surrounded by mountains, this hotel is ideally located for peaceful quiet holidays. The staff is warm, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant prepared dinner for us at 12 midnight and served it with a smile and friendly banter. Can one expect more ?

Our overnight stay at Seeburg was excellent. The location was beautiful, and the hotel staff made us very welcome. The room was overlooking the lake and we had difficulty tearing ourselves away from the view and the tranquillity - we would have liked to stay on longer!

My room was a single little room. A too little room, but the single rooms are not usually the best. It was compensated by the beauty and peacefull of the place and surroundings. Excellent terrace by the lake.

This hotel presents two faces. Unfortunately we enjoyed the worst one. The room was quite small and the bathroom seems to be placed in in an old wall cupboard. The shower was fed by the wash-hand basin. The bathroom (wash-hand basin, WC and shower) held in approximately 1,5 m2. The paid price 150€ for mid-September did not correspond to the service provided by other Swiss hotels.

We stayed in Hotel Seeburg from 26th August 2008 to 30th August 2008. We reached Ringgenberg on 26th at 11:45 in the night and belive me we were completetly lost where to go and how to go it was complete dark. But one gentleman called Michale kindly gave us lift to Hotel. He was local of Ringgenberg, I would like to take this apportunity to thank him a lot... he was indeed very kind and helpful thanks again Michale. Hotel location was awsome and taking a breakfast just in front of lake was wonderful expereince and we enjoyed a lot. Hotel staff was very friendly and kind. Hotel surrounding was full of trees and garden and it was nice to stay there. We spoke to few people in the village and no need to say it was lovely talking to them. We love them. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

The location of Hotel Seeburg on the lake at Ringgenburg is brilliant. The lake view room/s are definitely the pick of the bunch with spectacular views to the Swiss Alp, accross the lake. Family run hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Beautiful surroundings, close to train at Ringgenberg, a bit hard to find at first and very small rooms, small bathroom. Nice friendly people, free WiFi access was a bonus. Good family atmosphere.

A really high price for one of the worse rooms we have been reciently. not charming at all. Bathroom really small, was just aroud 1,5 m2. The only wonderful thing is the view of the lake, and to have breakfast in the garden.(unfortunately, this has not been possible for us, because it was raining all our stay)

The Owners Michael and his Wife were welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is located along side a lake in Ringgenberg and accessible by 15min with the Bus or 3min with the train. Should you be arriving at night like we did, it is advisible to catch the bus. This a beautifully located hotel. I like the fact that there was no television in the room, because this gave us a chance to appreciate the gorgeous surrondings. The breakfast was lovely and was enough to get us through most of the day. I loved this Hotel not only because of the surroundings but because of the personal touch that is given. I would most certainly be returning to this hotel.

The family owners took great care to make sure that we enjoyed our stay with them. We especially enjoyed eating lakeside or in the hotel dining room with a view of Lake Brienz and the Alps right outside our window.
