I was for 1 night. The hotel is far from the center and, in my opinion,is non a four stars. They dont accepr Amex for payment but is non specify on the reservation. I've 15 minutes for warming a cup of milk for my baby. In the room there is non a frigo.

From the East/West: highway A12 (Arlberg Tunnel).
From the South: highway A13 Brenner Autobahn or federal road B182 across Brenner Pass.
From Osttirol: Felbertauern Tunnel or Pustertal valley (Italy).
By train
Innsbruck main railway station is situated about 4,5 km from the property and easily reachable by bus or taxi.
By airplane
Innsbruck airport is situated 600 metres from the hotel.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 2 p.m.
