Romantikhotel Schwarzer Adler - Innsbruck

Good location and Romantic rooms!

Perfect hotel for short trips. Wonderful rooftop terrasse with perfect view on the hills around Innsbruck. Very nice and spacious rooms. Big parking right next to the hotel. Tip: Do the checkin first and get a special parking-card for the cheaper rates. Very warm welcoming. Very friendly staff.

Excellent location and spacious room with gorgeous view of the mountains. Nice, modern bathroom, however, the furniture in the room was a bit dated. I overall expected a bit more from a hotel of this category, which also has had such good reviews. I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary about the place that made it worth the money. I didn't try the restaurant, which reportedly is good. Rooms facing terrace have some privacy issues. For example, the bathroom window has plain, not frosted, glass.

The young woman at reception was very friendly and cheerful, providing great information about the cit and its surrounds. The cable car to Nordkette is a must if the weather is fine, the snow capped peak, lunch on the way back watching gliders soar by all made a terrific outing.

Nice, clean, good location, parking very near by. Wonderful breakfast (not included).

This hotel spells SERVICE in capital letters! Very competent, friendly staff, excellent restaurants and beautifully decorated rooms and public areas. Very good breakfast (E 11.00)

The hotel is well run, clean, and very nice, and the employees are friendly and helpful, but I still wish I had stayed at one of the hotels right in the historic center. I was traveling alone and would have liked being closer to the stores and restaurants. Also, those appear to be less money, so I ended up paying more and being farther away from where I wanted to be. I would recommend this hotel in that it is a nice hotel, but I wouldn't stay there again myself now that I know Innsbruck better and have a better idea of where I'd want to stay.

A very welcoming, charming hotel with excellent service. Cosy rooms with beautiful details, but also modern comfort, including airconditioning and very quiet windows. The style - glitter and Swarovski crystals - is rather girly, but I found it amusing.

Great hotel with great service. I would stay nowhere else in Innsbruck. Nice combination of modern convenience and old world charm. Restaurant is fantastic.

EXCELENT is the least i can say about this WODERFULLY COZY place.

For one night, the room was in good shape, but for longer, it would need to be a bit larger. The amazing part of this hotel was the facilities. The spa was outstanding. I felt like a queen. The restaurant was awesome; good food, great service, decent prices. The staff was falling all over themselves to have the opportunity to serve me. It was an excellent stay.
