We are a family of five and this was perfect. Very close to town - an easy walk. The room was large with lovely views. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Would happily stay again.

Wonderful place. Fab kitchen and bathroom, four of us in one bedroom was a nit of a squeeze, but we knew that when we booked. everything about the villa was wonderful, no complaints. Great service and friendliness from onsite English hosts. It's a fair distance from Innsbruck though, so if the city is your main focus, this probably isn't the place for you.

Arriving late in the evening, I had the big suprise to find out that there was no parking place for my car, even if the conditions did not mention that reservation was necessary. I was directed to a public parking nearby, but did not find any available place, so I had to improvise and leave the car in the street hoping that police will not lift it during the night.

Not far from the city center and the river, but up the hill (you have to clamber up a little). The assigned room was disappointing, downstairs and with parkview. No possibility to have internet connection over there. At the reception I found twice a very unkindly person.

This hotel was quite run-down and the 4 of us were crammed into a very small room. The bed for my son virtually fell apart - lucky he's not very big! However everything else functioned ok and it was reasonably priced, so we expected what we got. The staff were quite grumpy. Good if you are on a budget and don't plan to spend much time in your room. Location good as 5 min walk into old town.

The hotel is a very nice place, near the historical center, by foot, and confortable. The room was not very large, but it was very sinpatic. The city is very very beautiful! There are many beautiful channels, like a french Venice, and also a big lake! The city is very romantic and beautiful and we don´t understand why the reasons thar this is not divulged, because we have never hear about Annecy in Brazil, and we like to travel very much. We discover the city because another blog.

There weren't too many reviews about this hotel but most were positive so we decided to take a chance. My wife was extremely disappointed with this hotel; we were a family of 5 and they squashed us into a room in the basement the size of a shoe box. The room looked like it had been renovated but the bathroom is actually quite old (1970’s). I would say it's more like a renovated backpacker hostel than a hotel. Breakfast was poor...actually the only thing going for this hotel is its location and the free parking.

Very nice hotel and kind people. Closed to center of the town, with a good quality/price ratio. Only weak point : the parking is too small.

Parking = bad arrangement (they request customers car key) Breakfast-room = to small or bad organised Breakfast = not complete Room= is oldfashion, no toilet ventilation, hair dryer who did not work, very small bath-room (not possible to be inside with 2 person) We did stay 2 nights. Location of the hotel is good, near to the city and not inside the city (10 min. walk) Rooms are near the reception and for that noisy. The street was noisy, dogs barking and noisy people, so we could not open the window and there is no other way for fresh air. I like Insbruck, I did not like the hotel. PS: we did take two rooms: 1 for me and my wife and one for our 17 Y old daughter.
