Nice hotel with a great price/quality ratio

(Almost) all OK. Two things we didn't agree heavily: 1) The noise in the rooms facing the Innstrasse street. 2) Completely absence of air conditioning in the hotel (this isn't good today, in a 3-stars hotel!!)

A hotel with real character, only 10 minutes walk from the old town. A perfect location to explore Innsbruck from. The staff were pleasant, however the one negative was the very poor quality of the breakfast, otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

La stanza era un po' piccola, ma tutto sommato per poco tempo va benissimo. Inoltre e' posizionato molto bene vicino al centro storico (5 min a piedi).

Our room was at the back of the property where there was a lot of traffic noise from accross the river.

El hotel está bastante bien. Sin lujos, pero cómodo y limpio. El desayuno más que aceptable. A muy pocos minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y con un pequeño aparcamiento propio incluido en el precio

(+) near to the city centre (approx. 10 min by foot to the "Goldenes Dachl") (+) friendly staff, ready to help (+) inexpensive restaurant in the hotel (+) poor public parking space on the adjacent through road but private cost-free parking lot near the hotel (-) poor view on the next row of houses depending on the room

Noise from other guests in rooms and in the hall could be heard in late evening when you are trying to sleep. The breakfast was very good. The location was farther from the train station than we thought.

Close to the bus stop...which brought you right in to town. The room was spacious. I was on a main road...but the street noise didn't bother me. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a blowdryer. You could adjust the heat on your own. The blankets were warm. The breakfast was good. Yogurt, Cereal, Meats, Cheeses, Breads, Coffee, Juices.

Nice little hotel. Has a restaurant and bar. The food was excellent in the restaurant! Hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the old city. The only issue with this hotel was the fact it is located on a main road and was a quite noisy when the window was open. The breakfast was good and staff were very nice

The room is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good. The only bad thing is it is quite noisy from outside. You can hear cars going by and people talking as they go by the hotel if you have your windows open, which we did. The hotel is about 10 min bus ride from the train station. If you walk, it may take about 1/2 hour. But buses are very convenient in Innsbruck, so we didn't have to walk. I would recommend this hotel to others. The staff is very friendly too.

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, great food! The hotel was a little difficult to find, not as close to the train station as we hoped but a short taxi ride away. The rooms were spacious, modern and quiet. The staff was very friendly and they cooked up a great breakfast. They also have a small bar w/ beer on tap. Innsbruck is a GREAT city! The price is very reasonable, actually, it was the best price for the nicest hotel during my stay in Italy, Austria and Germany. I would definitely return.

A pretty ordinary hotel, but reflected in the price we paid. Handy for the city centre and for bus to station. Rooms adequate and comfortable. Breakfast a bit dull. Staff competent without any great effort to be welcoming.

Parking was difficult as it was very small and crowded. Rest of stay was excellent. People very helpful.

Excellent location - nice, clean, quiet rooms. Despite internet access being listed as being available it was NOT. Had to use an internet cafe a short walk away - this was unpleasant surprise as it was important to us and was listed as available on the website. Overall a nice place to stay however.

Personnel very polite and helpful. They phoned me the day of arrival and explained me how to get the key of the room in case I arrived in the Hotel in late night (as it happened). They offered luggage room service during our daily visit of the city. Good breakfast. There is a parking for free for customers, also if it is at open air and in a street close to the hotel (but not in the same building)

Newly renovated hotel, clean and with a modern touch. The breakfast was poor, ingredients not refilled properly, needs major improvement. Location is very good, minutes away from the train station, good for train traveleres. Parking is at no extra cost.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Engl. It was close to restaurants, main part of town and the staff were really friendly. The only negative was that the room smelt of smoke. We had requested non-smoking rooms. The staff used a spray and we opened the windows wide but had to do this each time after the room had been closed up.

Very welcoming, family run hotel. On the corner of a quite busy street but not as noisy as I had expected. Lovely breakfast room. Excellent position for visiting Innsbruck and especially the old town. under 10 mins to Airport but no noise from planes. A shame to miss Innsbruck if skiing in the area. We just had a day there.
