No complains, really enjoy my stay here. we decided to leave earlier than predicted, they just made pay for 2 days, even we left the hotel after 10 PM.

The location was close to the historic part of Innsbruck and the trainstation. There weren't many places to eat around the hotel. We actually went to the hotel up the street and ate at their restaurant. Overall, I was very please with this hotel and would definitely use it again.

We stayed in Innsbruck on our way to Italy and it was our first night on the road. The room was spacious for four of us and very comfortable. The best thing was it was right on the trail along the river and between naps we were able to venture out in either direction. Downtown one way, and excellent grocery store the other. The breakfast was wonderful and as we were driving we appreciated the parking! It was our first time in Innsbuck but would be happy to go back and explore from the same spot. The price for the quality of our hotel was expensive relative to what we spent the rest of our trip including in Venice, Rome and Milan!

This is the second time that I have stayed at the hotel. It is a very cosy, comfortable place. The room (a tripple) was execellent, extremely clean, with good storage with an excellent bathroom. The hotels location is great and I would not hesitate to recomend it. Only negative was that I could not print off a travel document from the general computer.

The room was lovely, and although the hotel is a little bit further out than expected, it's still in walking distance to the Altstadt. Also, the bus line runs close by and is easy to use.

The four of us were truly amazed at the size of our rooms and the quality of this lovely little hotel for the price we paid. Everything was spotless and the best value that we had while traveling in Italy, Switzerland, and Austria. The breakfast that was included was great and included a coffee machine with several different coffee choices, yogurt, cereals, eggs, fresh bread and rolls, fruit, juices . . . fantastic! The free parking was great also. We never needed the car as it was a nice walk to the center of town. Oh. . . and I must add . . . the small bar is open 24 hours a day! Would go there again and again!

We stayed there for 8 nights. Great discrepancy among the rooms! The 1st room given to us was way too small. The 2nd, corner room, given at No Add. Charge was much better.Spacious w/large, quality bathroom. Thomas,receptionist/concierge was extremely helpful & competent. Good breakfast but mean waitress! Overall, better service than France. Good value given the 2nd room.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond by helping with some printing and photocoping that we needed done last minute. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I spent a month all over Europe, and this was one of my nicest stays. A very reasonable price for a large room (we had 4 people). I found no discrepancies with the services they claim to offer. However, they say that they have wireless internet throughout the whole property, but I was unable to access this in my room (only in the stairwell). Other than that, this is a great place to stay to enjoy beautiful Innsbruck!

It is within walking distance from the main railway station in Innsbruck (approx. 20 min, if carrying/pulling luggage and children). It is very clean, our four-bed room was spacious and light. It is an old hotel and the decor reflects that. The bathroom was small and the toilet was in there, too, which is OK for a family, but might be awkward for other people. The receptionist was helpful and there is internet access in the small hotel lobby. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the lobby.

The building is old, but it's clean and the wooden furniture give a relaxing feeling. Plus there is wireless internet connection in the room for free which was not mentioned in the hotel description. Pretty close to the center (10-15 min by foot from the "Golden roof" and to the bus stop.

We enjoyed our stay at the Altpardl because the staff were pleasant, the rooms clean and it was well situated in relation to the train station and the old city. We could walk to both - even in the snow. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The rooms had space for your luggage although yu had to be careful of the sloping roof - you could easily hot your head. The bathroom was tiny with only one person at a time able to use it.

Es un hotel muy sencillo, muy acogedor, con un rico desayuno, una habitacion tranquila con vista a la montana. La ubicacion podria haber sido mejor, pero Innscruck es una ciudad pequena donde es facil movilizarse.

A charming hotel not to far from the city centre (but a taxi is nice when the feat are screaming for help after several ours on the streets in the old city..). It was a nice park close to the hotel and the old city in Innsbruck is lovely. The only "downside" was the rooster outside...kykkelikyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

Unfortunately the bar and restaurant was not part of the hotel but was seperate. You could not sit at the bar and have a drink and the food was extremely expensive. The rooms of the hotel however were excellent, very spacious and the staff were so helpful. Would definately go back but was dssapointed about the bar & restaurant. Location was beautiful and the you could hear he river every night which was so peaceful and just 30 seconds walk. the park was just 2 mins walk and was beautiful.

The hotel was very nice and is a great location. Although it was a long walk from the train station it was a beautiful walk. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. The rooms were clean and nice, a little cramped for 3 people. The only problem we had was the credit card machine was not working and they billed 2 of us for the rooms, so we are still trying to work that out. I would recommend staying there, it is a very beautiful little town. It has a beautiful park and ski area, although we were there on Easter Sunday so hardly anything was open we had a great time.

Altpradl is in a very quiet area and within walking distance (1 mile more or less) of the old part of the city. Staff is extremely competent, spoke English, and made us feel quite comfortable. They were well-informed on public transportation that got us to the lovely town of Igls, and a splendid day-hike.

Arrived late at night (around half eleven) - the bar was closed but we could buy as much beer as we wanted no problem to drink in our room. rooms were beautiful, very spacious and clean and newly decorated. hotel itself was very nice, and was located only 10 mins walk from the town centre. staff very friendly and accomodating, breakfast was nice too. we'd been to innsbruck many times and this is by far the best place we've stayed. for the same price you could stay in a horible McIbis hotel beside a train station and above a bus station. I wholeheartedly reccommend the Altpradl. You feel like you're in Austria the moment you set foot inside it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Always prepared to lend a quick hand and provide useful landmark information. The hotel was very clean and had some modern conveniences, but maintained it's old city feel. Nice stay for sure!

Clean, quiet hotel with cozy wood decor. However, rooms on the top (4th) floor have a sloped ceiling, which may be problematic for taller people. Breakfast is quite good (especially the bread). The attached restaurant serves an excellent dinner. I recommend the Alt Pradl hotel and would stay there again myself.
