Grand Hotel Europa - Innsbruck

I do not like toneed to pay extra for Espresso at included breakfast, otherwise everything - a part very slow kitchen at dinner - was OK

Hotel location is very nice, exactly in front of the railway station. The inhouse Restaurant is very good.

Not only the hotel but all the people from Reception, bell boys, at the bar, restaurant and housekeeping were very kind, friendly and professional. The hotel is very close but not inside of the tourist places, so is so quiet and you can always fell in real Inssbruck with their real people and not in the Inssbruck for turist.

We had no idea that we were staying in a 5 star hotel when we made this reservation over the phone. That said, we could not have been more pleased with the Grand Hotel Europa. It's location immediately across the street from the train station was a wonderful surprise. Our car was parked and we didn't use it the entire visit. The hotel is located close to Old Town Innsbruck and the walk there was less than 15 mins. The hotel staff was wonderful; offering great advice for transportation and always interested in our comfort. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. The best of three we used in Europe.

Nice hotel, very well organzied, in central position, great rstaurant, not very charming

Surprisingly close to the old town and the facilities were excellent...service was top notch. I was utterly surprised at the quality.

Excellent location very close to city centre - easily reached on foot. Also right across the train station which is connected to the hotel via a tunnel. Our room did not have airconditioning although it is advertised as having individually controlled ac rooms. Rooms very spacious indeed. Overall excellent service and location make this hotel a very recommended one.

Very good value. A hotel with character. Very, very friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious, but one can see some signs of aging.

The furniture in the room was Tyrolean style, but rather poor & not in a good condition

Buon hotel, non proprio in centro ma raggiungibile comunque a piedi senza particolari difficoltà. Ottima colazione.

In spite of the comparatively classic, or old building all the fascilities work well and the offered services are excellent. Some might ask for a modern gorgeous looking lobby and elevetors for a five-star hotel but this hotel is substantially a five-star hotel.

The standard room is old, deteriored, the bed is uncomfortable and is not air conditioned. We are sleep with open windows and the backround noise is too uncomfortable.

Nice old hotel. Close to the railway station. A hotel that deserves all their stars.
