Friendly staff and very conveniently located hotel. Right in the heart of the town and 2 mins away from beautiful lake. Well priced hotel and probably the most conveniently situated hotel in Bad Waldsee. Would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming staff that are eager to make your stay enjoyable. However we were a little taken aback to arrive in the afternoon and find the hotel closed as no one is on reception between 3-5pm. The cleaning lady let us in to hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent location with nearby underground parking.

When we arrived, there were problems with our room. The landlord had a pre-written explanation, in English and immediately escorted us to a nearby hotel for one night, while repairs were done to plumbing. We were then provided with the best room on our return. Overall, great service and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel in the center, quiet and a lot of space to work and to sit. Excellent kitchen within the house. Would only expect that all equipment of the rooms would be checked in advance. Internet service was difficult to operate and should be standard at in the US. Hotel would benefit from a natural parquet.

If you want a good location in old town, then this is the place for you. Definitely request a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker. Also, try to arrive early, or you will have no questions answered and no one at the desk that can help you. I was warmer in the hall than in the room even after turning on the heat. Thank goodness for the heavy comforters!

We arrived quite late (after midnight) and had to wake up the staff to check in- they were gracious and welcoming to my family with two college-age children. We had a large room on the top floor that was very nice- the only complaint was an incredibly squeeky floor that mortified us due to our late arrival- we probably woke up everyone on the floor below us as we prepared for bed! the location was EXCELLENT as the kindermarket was occuring right outside our door. And breakfast was fabulous as well. I will always stay here while in Innsbruck!

We stayed at Gasthof Weisses Rössl in July of 2007 when the weather was really hot. No air-conditioning and only one window facing the Gasthof Garden made it very difficult to sleep. The people were noisy and there was no circulation in the room. We were very miserable and hot. The toilet had no ventilation either. Coffee was not good for the austrian standards but nice breakfast buffet. Service was very good and friendly.

Great little hotel right in the heart of the Old Town of Innsbruck. Charming setting. Very clean, high standards. We booked a 4 bed room as we were travelling with our older teenage children but the room was plenty big enough with a large bath/shower room. Fantastic rustic style Austrian restaurant serving excellent local quisine. Staff were courteous and efficient rather than being particularly friendly, but I can live with that as in all other aspects the hotel was excellent for the money. Plan to go back in the near future. Would definitely recommend.

Though it was a little noisy at night and early in the morning due to our room being by the street, the hotel was lovely and the employees were very friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel set off a perfect mood for the wonderful sights on the city. It was very romantic and is where my husband said he had decided to propose to me! We are now married and plan on going back to this hotel soon!

Family of four stayed for two nights. The family that runs the hotel is very pleasant and charming. We liked the Alstadt (old city center) section of town. The area is great for strolling over to the river and along the river walk promenade. The restaurant is pleasant with a patio in the back for dinner. Breakfast is typical of what you find in this area.

A wonderful property and we'll stay there next time in Innsbruck. Thanks. The only thing I'd love to see changed in all of Austria is the two twin bed phenomena! Other than that, I'd recommend the place, absolutely.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel--we arrived on Christmas Eve, to stay through the holiday, and couldn't have had a better time and I partially attribute that to our lodgings. We had a group of four, and decided to stay in the four bed room--we had sufficient space and a great balcony that overlooked the courtyard. I only wish we had been there in warmer weather to enjoy it! There was plenty of storage space for luggage, and plenty of room space for us to spread out. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel decor was a great mix of photos and paintings that made us feel as if we were truly staying in a person's home. This hotel is warm and welcoming to match the feel of the Alstadt, while providing updated ammenities to cater to guests. I would, without hesitation, stay at this hotel again.

Great place in the heart of downtown. Lot's of construction around that starts very early. Great windows block out most noise, but not if you like them open! Staff a little to eager to clean our room on the day of departure, while all of our luggage was still in there (before 10am).

The location of this hotel in "old town" Innsbruck was excellent and the staff was very gracious. The resturant was outstanding and always was among the top 3 when we inquired from locals on authentic Austrian cusine. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet and exactly what we asked for. This was very important to us since we were traveling with 2 teenage children who needed space.

This small inn is located above a family-owned restaurant in the center of the old town. Our room with individual beds for our family of four was very modern and spacious. The inn featured a great deal of interesting Austrian art owned by the friendly proprietor. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, not great, but met our needs. Our visit to Innsbruck was enhanced by our stay at this nice hotel.
