The owners Family Patschke offers a bottle of wine for everyone who gives the best evaluation. This certainly wouldnot be my case. We have asked for baby cot for our 2 years old daughter and an extra bed for my brothers little son(4). We have received no respond. On the arrival, both was prepared, but we were not told this is a paid service. We were asked for the payment by check-out without prior advice. On the other hand - the breakfast was at good quality and the rooms (except the smell in the bathroom) were satisfactory. The location of the hotel is great.

The place is nice, just 5 minutes from city center on foot! I wrote them that we were going to arrive at 10 but the room wasn't ready and we should have waited ntil 12 to get to the room... that was really bad!!!!!!! because they didn't tell us to come later!!!!!!! When we left the hotel the girl from the reception wasn't nice.. not at all!!! I don't know why! The positive thing was the breakfast, a wide range to things to eat and drin, fantastic!!! I would give a 6/7 to our staying in that hotel! The rooms are nice and clean, not amasing but nice!

The room was satisfactory for what regards spaciousness and cleanliness. The plastic little bathroom was not great, but, at the end, who cares. Especially if you won't stay for too many days. What was really disapponting is the noisy of the room: no air conditioning, so during summer you're pushed to open the windows, but traffic noise is really unpleasant. So, I think it's an acceptable hotel for a short stay, especially if it's not summertime.

Half way through the corridor there is a flight of six steps which make it very difficult for people carrying heavy luggage and with mobility constraints. Frequently the front desk is left unmanned and one has to wait for a person to come to the desk and give you your room keys

L'albergo si trova proprio nel cuore del centro storico, con parcheggi sotterranei a 100 metri di distanza, e si può visitare la città a piedi. Le camere sono piccole, ma comunque abbastanza comode.

I found the room to be very small and while I expect that in some European hotels this one was a bit tighter and I would not really want to ever stay there again. The hotel is small and only has one staff member who when we checked in was not very experienced and actually permitted some people to butt in ahead of us who had no reservation.

This hotel is in a building from the Baroque period and it has NO airconditioning. We were there in July 2006 and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The location was superb, the staff friendly and helpful (they provided a fan!) but overall the stay was uncomfortable at best.

Le stanze sono pulite e decorose, ma la qualità è inferiore al prezzo. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. Located slightly of the prime tourist area, but close to the train station, which ment less walking with our bags. The in-room washroom was very compact and basic, but surved its purpose well.

Loved this little hotel, staff were so helpful and went out of their way uncessarily to help us out (planning driving routes for us and helping with washing). Stay here, its close to the action and the staff make it. Happily recommended.

The onliest problem was the noise from the street outside. The room was very little isolated on this behalf. The rest excellent.

Good central location, room OK and good price from venere (full list price is excessive), but 1970s(?) furnishings have seen better days and my room smelt strongly of smoke.
