Big rooms but low quality furniture, our room had a magnificient view on Imperia's port. The staff is kind but with unprofessional approach. The breakfast is low-quality. The position is nice, being near to Porto Maurizio the nicest part of Imperia.

I am surprised by the fact that there were no air condition in the rooms in August when its almost 40 degrees celsius. It made it impossible to sleep. And the hotel needs renovation, it looked somewhat left in same condition as in the seventies. The breakfast was terrible and we had to seek a waiter that could provide us with something to eat even though it was supposed to be included in the stay. We ate at the hotel one day and chose to eat out the rest of our stay.

Mi chiedo chi sia l'ente preposto a regalare stelle cosi' a vanvera. Data la fatiscenza e la qualita' della cucina, al massimo la struttura di cui sopra si merita al massimo 1* .

I have had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very warm and kind and interested. They told me about the beautiful surroundings to visit. I spoke a little Italian and that was much appreciated. I will certainly visit the hotel another time.

Rather bleak place. The rooms are large and clean but furnishings and fittings are sparse and old (my bed slightly resembled a hammock as if in preparation for a reincarnation as banana). Friendly english spoken staff. The location and facilities are not like the hotel website suggests (noisy 'side' street rather than sea front, no balconies to most rooms, idem no sea view, very limited parking on the sidewalk only etc). Substandard for a 3 star rated hotel accomodation. Price / performance ratio would not be unreosonable for any large city but there are small hotels on the Ligurian coast that offer more for this kind of money.

The hotel needs a shape up

The hotel was nicely located and had a great view. The rooms were very simple, but far to expensive for what was offered. For half the price we would come again, but even for the season the rates were way to high.

The hotel seemed to cater mainly for full board tour group. OK for an overnight stay, but next time we would rather stop in Diano Marina or Cervo with nicer surrounding and beach.
