My back room, whilst fine in all other respects, was noisy.The front rooms are better. The staff were exemplary and the location is excellent.

Joli hotel face à la mer et tout ptrés du centre ville.La chambre familiale est trés agréable avec une vaste terrasse.Seul défaut: pas de places de parking ni de garage prévu; donc trés difficile de se garer à proximité , surtout l'aprés midi lorsque la plage est convoitée par une horde de baigneurs!

Podria costar un poco menos por el tipo de hotel que es, la playa, o lo que entendemos en españa por playa, es muy mala.

The beach was not clearly indicated in the Internet that it was a private beach. We assumed it belonged to the hotel.

I think the hotel was very old fashioned. The price is too high for the structure. But the staff is very very kind and helped us with many suggestions and answers.

Hotel caters for more the over 60s than younger people! Room dark but good size and comfortable.

Nice place, good room with balcony and excellent sea view. Quiet place. Price and service are good.

I do not think that this hotel deserves the three stars category. In ocassions I have been in two stars hotels that were more convenient, confortable and cleaner.

I spent five glorious days in Imperia eating, swimming, writing on the wonderful terrace right outside my room. There is a spaciousness here, especially in the public areas, which you don't always find in European hotels. I found a couple of nice restaurants here too. The staff is friednly and accomodating. I would come here again.

Hotel needs an modern update. Maintance is poor. Service level not of 2003. (1975) General impression OK
